Got a planned power outage at home today and it highlights how reliant I am on home fibre broadband because @O2 is so unreliable at home and in the local area. It has got gradually worse over the last 5 years and completely unusable at times. Not sure if any providers are better

@O2 There is never any issues in the area but it is unusable in my house. Cannot even make phone calls without it cutting out and disconnecting

@O2 It has been getting gradually worse over the last couple of years and the gradual turn off of 3G is making phone calls impossible having to resort to WhatsApp calls over WiFi.

@danarnie That isn't good to hear. Have you tried the My Network app to look identify what network coverage you have and any potential service outages?

@O2 Says no outages but speed test doesn’t run

@danarnie Thanks for trying, are the location services turned on in the settings? Where have you been having the network issues?

@O2 They are. Mainly at home but the whole local area isn’t great
