Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really fucking annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a fucking joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

@Stephen1494712 @O2 Have the same issues with the payment system, the app and the website very rarely works and when if you do even manage to get to the card details/apple pay page it either knocks the payment back or says Apple Pay isn’t available

@O2 This is really annoying. I don’t want to have to click links and check email then hope it doesn’t loop just to be able to see the basic information related to my own bill!!!!!!!!!

@O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.
