@O2 when o2 can’t deliver a new phone to a customer of over 7 years to the same address they have had for 7 years cause they are deaf and require someone to repeat what it said on the phone so they can lip read… what utter shite !
@O2 Managed after 2 hours to get it sorted with a very helpful young man but the first person I dealt with was extremely unhelpful and refused to make reasonable adjustments for a deaf elderly woman . The refusal to use a 3rd party proxy to accommodate her disability needs looked at
