@O2 Morning, trying to login to my account, but it’s saying my ntlworld email is not valid, can you advise what I do please.

@lynn_heatley Sorry you've been unable to log into your account Lynn. Can I ask whether you're able to access your ntlworld email account itself okay so the issue is just your online O2 account?

@O2 Yeah my emails are fine, just trying to get online is not working. Believe it’s something to do with my “ntlworld.com” account, but I have had this for years and this is the first time I have this problem.
