When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies)

Hey @O2 you agreed to credit me bcz I'd left . You emailed confirming the amount, method & expected payment date 👍 But you also SMS'd saying that for a ££ refund not a credit note I have to select that in MyO2 🤔 But I can't log into MyO2 bcz I'm no longer a customer 🤪 Help!
