Be wary upgrading and ordering new phones with them! I’m now paying for an iPhone 17 I haven’t even received and they will not sort it out!

@O2 That’s all I’ve heard all morning through out 4 hours on live chat - how frustrating it must be for me. Well yes paying for a phone you haven’t got cos they tried to deliver it midweek when I’d paid extra for a Saturday delivery and now it’s been sent back to o2 is 😡
