my old @OfficialDMRC card was expired when I tried to buy new one at @noidametrorail station sector 52 emoloyees told to buy card from outside and we were sold @airtelbank card and there is no @OfficialDMRC mark or name. I am not sure is there any changes made by @OfficialDMRC ?

Any inconvenience is regretted. As per rule of DMRC, after expiry of validity of CSC i.e, 10 years from last add value, the card will be treated as invalid and neither electronic value nor the security deposit shall be refunded. Further, passengers asking for smart cards are suggested for purchasing NCMC and/or virtual smart card. However, DMRC smart cards are available at all stations. Any issue may be reported to senior station officials or at our 24*7 IVRS helpline number 155370.

@OfficialDMRC @noidametrorail @airtelbank also my old card is not 10 year old . Some scam is happening i suspect .

@OfficialDMRC @noidametrorail @airtelbank I was denied card from counter and asked to but that specific airtel payment bank card ? was that card offered by DMRC? I haven’t seen DMRC written anywhere but airtel logo is present ?
