@mztacat Help me understand: if I bid $10,000 on 1B, will it be partially returned? Like $2,000 on MEGA, and the other $8,000 will be returned to me in dollars? OR is it 100% allocated vs. 0% allocated? No partial?

@Unnamed_Degen @mztacat It'll be partially returned, It's already oversubscribed, so , everyone can't get 100% filled, You'll get an allocation promotional to the percentage of the total subscription you made, i.e if total=$2B & you pledge $10k , your % = 0.0005%, so, you'll get 0.0005% of $1b= $5k
