That's completely BS,
The ideal time of sleep can't be the same for all people.
It depends on what you did during the day.
What you're going through.
How much recovery do you need?
You can say you need more than 6 hours of sleep.
But saying that the ideal amount of sleep is between 6.4 and 7.8 that's absurd.

So does someone over 60.
Athletes need more.
A heavy carb day pulls more out of you.
Find your own range according to your lifestyle.
Lock in your circadian rhythm.
