Dudes hitting 1450 test on “TRT” is a joke. That’s Supra physiological. Which is fine at times. But it ain’t trt and we shouldn’t say it is.

I’m not a doc but imo the standard “cookie cutter” TRT protocol should should look less like 200mg 1x a week with an AI And more like 180mg split 3-7x doses a week, no AI, HCG, and 5mg tadalafil
