@PatrickKMiller_ Obviously he’s not saying they’re the exact same (in terms of research quality, accuracy, academic credentials, etc.). Just that both make a similar argument about the church selling out to the political left/right. (I’ve only read Kristin’s book; thoroughly appreciated it.)

@PrestonSprinkle @Steffl3r @PatrickKMiller_ At the very least, he’s indicating he doesn’t like either. Attempting to throw them together, though the quality of content couldn’t be more different (spcifically on sourcing & research)
Horseshoe theory is about both sides becoming so radical that they actually become the same
