@Python_Dv Dict.Item() just returns the key and values of the specific dictionary and it was passed in a conditional the 3rd line of code which prints out the result was given a third argument sep=":", this tells python to separate the result with a (:) so the answer will probably be (c).

@Python_Dv B. 1:2 is the answer. 3:4 Reason: A dictionary Dict with keys 1 and 3, and corresponding values 2 and 4. The for loop iterates through the key-value pairs and prints them with a colon separator. Hence, the output is the keys and values in the specified format
