@Hilton after 2 hours on the phone with your team I was not able to clear a simple price match guarantee. As a diamond member I feel disappointed with the level of service I received and my issue wasn't solved. Now I have to cancel and book through a 3rd party? Reach out please

@KrystianMojek @Hilton We had a similar experience booking 2 rooms.... we wound up having to book on 2 different sites, and now that we're here... there's gum on the ceiling with cobwebs, food stains, bloody pillow, popcorn on the floor, a hair and dead bug in the bed.... disgusting!
