Would @InterConHotels or @Hilton be able to help us? We asked Marriot front desks and have had nothing back, my phone doesn’t work in Mauritius, and Marriott are unable to help us. We need some help with a 2 or 4 week stay in Mauritius whilst we monitor the situation at home.

@MarriottBonvoy My Wife and I are currently on our honeymoon with you - We live in the UAE and with the current situation there I wondered if someone can offer anything to extend by 2-4 weeks to see if the situation calms down. My wife is pregnant so we just want to be safe.

Disappointing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram – Sector 50 during my brother’s reception. Guests treated poorly; staff followed rude Event Manager Hitesh Nagpal. Occasion spoiled. Unacceptable. Will escalate. @HiltonHotels @DoubleTree

Update: still waiting for our room at Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes in Orlando — now over 4 hours past the 4pm check-in time. Hoping @HiltonGrandVacations @Hilton can step in and help resolve this.

Pretty disappointing experience at Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes in Orlando. Check-in was 4pm and it’s now 8:27pm and our room still isn’t ready. Waiting more than 4 hours in the lobby with little communication. @HiltonGrandVacations can someone assist? @HiltonHotels
