We recently stayed at a Spark by @Hilton in Orlando. We got a one bedroom suite, which was not a one bedroom suite. The first room they checked us into had a mold, mildew, animal urine smell they knew existed, evidenced by the air purifier they added in an attempt to reduce the smell. The second room didn't have the acrid smell. But, the entire hotel was dreary, painted in the darkest of colors. There was a fold out sofa in the front part of the room, but no television. The one bedroom suite consisted of two rooms separated by a middle bathroom, but the front room was essentially wasted space. The entire inside of the hotel, decor and all, was like they purchased a cheesy hotel, slapped some discount paint around, that nobody else wanted, and called it good. Miserable experience, to say the least.

@Hilton You can look at the dirty wall paper and the dirty carpet and dirty bathroom floors with cracked tiles but what you can see visually is the rusted bathtub/ shower. You also can see a mini fridge because there wasn’t one and I had to go to the front desk to ask for bottled water.

It’s so disingenuous for @Hilton to advertise the cheapest night’s points cost for a multi-night stay instead of showing the full amount. It’s like showing $50 for the 1st night and then jacking it up to $350 for the 2nd night. Completely misleading and anti-customer behaviour.
