I’ve disagreed with Lindsey Graham on some of the biggest foreign policy issues of my lifetime. Iraq is one of them. Ukraine is another. Those disagreements are real, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.
But I also believe in giving credit where it’s due.
When it came time to help move President Trump’s agenda, Lindsey Graham showed up. In a political world where too many people fold when the pressure is on, he stood with the administration when it mattered.
You don’t have to agree with someone on everything to recognize the role they played. Politics isn’t about finding perfect people. It’s about acknowledging the moments that mattered, even when they came from someone you often criticized.
I’m keeping his family and friends in my prayers during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Senator Graham. 🙏🇺🇸
