@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT Is there plans or a thought to use an ID processor to run verified versions of the same tournaments?Where your real ID is linked to your account and can play against other verified players.I believe this will be the way forward since COD doesn’tcare about integrity. @ConsoleKings
@itsG_COD@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT Its illegal to keep IDs, its sensitive information. You can't keep data if users request to delete it in certain states and countries
@Recursive_Kill@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT How does every sports betting website operate legally? Or are we talking about the same states that are already banned in CMG/CK because of said issues like Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, and South Dakota?
@itsG_COD@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT Yes and no, California is one of the states that if you register and want it to be deleted they need to delete the data. Everything only things they require to keep example payments and invoices for tax-related stuff. Things like sensitive personal information they need to remove
@Recursive_Kill@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT They can request to take it off and not participate in the verified tournaments. Which they would have the right to do. You either have your real identity linked to where there can be integrity and actual consequences for cheating. Only way forward(.)
@Recursive_Kill@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT or this will be a perpetual cycle constantly acting like we don’t have a possible fix. ID playing for money should be common sense especially when there is service offering it for .85 per verification. All users would have an incentive to do so w/ big$ Free entry tournaments.
@Recursive_Kill@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT There is something to do.People just act like their freedoms include committing fraud and that they shouldn’t have consequences.Player names just like real life should be considered public information, when checking the box on terms and conditions to play in said tournaments?
@itsG_COD@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT It's based on their country and state laws not terms and conditions. The real issue is that cheaters will always find a way. Everything is hackable. You just need to find a way to reduce those numbers. I agree though, all this cheating makes the wagers not be skill-based
@Recursive_Kill@Parasite@ConsoleKings@BigRedXzosT What about about disabling vpns on said sites and banning ips. Sounds like California has another broad overarching oversimplified law. Go figure lol. Surprise they can even operate these sites in California without a tag saying this could cause cancer.
