Do you remember all the excitement when Kamala Harris was running for president? The rallies with their SRO crowds? The donations pouring in? The voting lines? It was insane. My neighbors and my family had no doubt that our next president would be a woman. I had never seen my wife and daughter be so excited politically. And then Donald Trump wins on the very first day of voting. He wins all swing states within hours. Something that had never happened before. Previous presidential elections took days to tally the votes. I'm a believer in the fact that Elon Musk messed with the voting machines and caused his win. But of course I can't prove that. How am I supposed to get excited about voting this November? Oh, I'll vote. No doubt about that. And I'll vote democratic as always. The doubt arises when I consider if it will be a fair election or not. I can't help but get excited about what is happening in Texas. Somebody please convince me that we're going to make everything better again.

@RickChapterTwo I feel we are on the precipice of great change for the better. And maybe all the bullshit will make us appreciate what we had, and we can strive to have again.

@RickChapterTwo I understand where you’re coming from. I’m a Blue Dot in Red Ohio and every election feels like a lost cause, especially with gerrymandering and corrupt state representatives (Gym Jordan and Vivek, too). But I was glad to vote, to be heard, to fight back. You can do it, Rick. ❤️

@RickChapterTwo I just knew that she was going to win with all the excitement and large crowds. Then on election night i couldn’t believe that he kept winning state after state until it was called that he had won. It all happened too fast! Questionable…🙄

@RickChapterTwo I feel as if I could have written every single word of this post, except instead of TX, I'm in swing state PA, which as certain as I am of my own first name is as certain I am that PA absolutely 100% did not suddenly swing the entirety of the state to Trump on day-of voting. Nah.

@RickChapterTwo I’m kinda thinking that Elon may have told Trump that he won’t do that again because he’s afraid of getting caught. That’s why the emphasis on gerrymandering and other methods of depressing turnout.
