@emclem16 Hello Emily, we do have ticket acceptance with GWR but there is also the option of changing your tickets. What would you prefer? ^EF

@SW_Help Thank you. I got a refund on my old ticket and bought a GWR one (a bit annoying as it was 3x the price but less hassle)
