As an administrative professional, I am appalled by the "last mile" service delivery at the UIDAI Hyderabad RO. Citizens are forced to wait from 5:30 AM for a 9:00 AM opening, only to face a 150-token cap. This is an endurance test, not "Ease of Living." @UIDAI @UIDAIHyderabad
