My mother-in-law is dying. No other way around that and her problems are cascading meaning it's a host of problems at 82 years old likely won't get fixed. Coupled with stroke induced dementia, I'm just not sure there's hope here but comfort, i.e. hospice. She's combative constantly and you can't reason with her because her short term memory is shot. I don't even know what to ask for. I've spent the last week and a half with time taken off work doing errands for her. I don't know what else to do.

@AwaitingChrist I’m so sorry. My mama developed dementia in her 40s and passed away in her early 60s. She became extremely violent at the end, it was so heartbreaking. My prayers are with you. 🙏
