this experimentation is the most advanced yet! we're using: -> non-transferable reputation instead of gas - finally a good use of soulbound tokens (cc. @VitalikButerin ) -> Rate Limiting Nullifiers for spam protection - used by @Waku_org for messaging, now applied to a whole chain to make it fully gasless -> privacy layer - natively embedded into the L2, most of the liquidity should flow to it, enables multiple new use cases (see image) -> shared native yield - bridged yield + native apps fees go to a public funding pool where reputation holders can allocate it to anything (liquidity pool, contract, app, EOA)
