Over the long weekend, I witnessed for the second time the ~500 year old Melattur bhagvatha mela prahalada charitram dance drama, which runs the entire night with Narasimha's appearance in the wee morning. An amazing experience and wonderful performance by all artists! 🙏🏽

Last year when I saw it for the first time in my life, I was mesmerized and awestruck with the entire thing: the patra pravesham, konnangi, jatiswaram, thillana, and the superb conversation between Hiranyakashupu and Narasimha, that I it took time to capture all.
