@graemeT2010 Hi Graeme. I'm sorry to hear that. Have you now been able to log in please? If not, please could you completely close the app and then try again? You can also try temporarily using a mobile internet connection rather than Wi-Fi (or vice versa) to see if this helps. Thanks. Andrew

@TSB @graemeT2010 Tried all this. Nothing works. If banks are going to remove high st branches and force us onto digital platforms, the digital infrastructure MUST be robust. This current situation isn’t acceptable.
