Months before he was due to testify to Congress on secret UFO programs, an Air Force veteran was found dead. Matthew James Sullivan, 39, died in Falls Church, Virginia on May 12, 2024. Authorities ruled it an accidental overdose involving a lethal mix of alcohol, alprazolam, cyclobenzaprine and imipramine. Should he be considered part of the pattern? The timing of his death, in alignment with his desire to testify, is concerning.
