@UIDAI Useless! I have been emailing for 2 years to this help@uidai.gov in email id, I have not received a single email in response. Not even an auto generated email. Useless support. Aadhaar is a vry gud thing but ur services and the loopholes in authentication make it useless.

@UIDAI Sir Adhar se mobile number link ka koi to simple upgrade dijiye? Lakho logo ka mobile number adhar se link nahi hai. Log padesan hai 14km 20km dur adhar centre hai dinka srif 20 karta hai, kuch to asan tadika nikal dijiye jo online #uidai website se link hojaye 🙏🙏🙏🙏

@UIDAI When I requested to talk to supervisor they transferred the call and it got disconnected ( happened for min. 5 times) . I am really worried how anyone can get the aadhar updated for address proof. Request to take action on these asap.

@UIDAI Every time the operators taking details and stating due to technical issue not able to retrieve the data. Call after some time. This reply shared to me from last 15 days. Sometimes they said address update takes 60-90 days so wait for somemore time.

@UIDAI I am not able to get a proper reply from aadhar operator center using 1947 or by dropping mail at help@uidai.gov.in. I have applied for aadhar address change for two times. Tried contacting operators at 1947 and must to say the Operator service is really pathetic.

@UIDAI my date of birth is wrong sir i have updated aadhar card many time but it gets rejected every time I complained by calling1947then I sent the nomination slip and Aadhaar card and 10th certificate to publicgrievance.cell@uidai.net.in, but till date the date of birth is not correct

@UIDAI I have raised request in self service portal to update my name in Aadhaar on November 7th with my passport as proof. It's still in progress. I have kept a direct message to @Aadhaar_Care in this regard. There is no reply from them. Atleast provide an option to cancel the request

@UIDAI sir Online update mai problem hoti hai. kabhi captcha code nhi aa pata. kabhi payment . update kar diya to URN wale bahut kam hi ban pate hai. check karte time bar bar castumer ko puchna padta hai call kar kar.
