@UIDAI वो तो ठीक है। मगर जिस आधार कार्ड के साथ मोबाईल नम्बर रजिस्टर्ड नही है और दूसरा वैकल्पिक मोबाइल नम्बर पर OTP के माध्यम से आर्डर किया जा सकता है तो फिर क्यों नही उसी के आधार पर दूसरा मोबाईल नम्बर को रजिस्टर्ड कर दिया जाता है @UIDAI आपके द्वारा। कितना सिम्पल और आसान प्रक्रिया है।

@UIDAI Placed order for PVC card twice, SRN is generated, payment is deducted and order was under process but when checked status it shows that due to non-compliance of internal process, request is rejected. What is internal non-compliance, kindly elaborate.
