So a person now can book the appointment in minutes but what after that...he has to wait for 2-3 months on req like address changed. n if he is not lucky enough (like me), request will be rejected without proper justification.

No detials no explanation. Since address change was requested with reference of aadhar details of head of family I wonder what defects they found.
