@UIDAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Hello sir, My brother's Aadhaar is hacked, his phone no is updated without his consent, and now the person is applying multiple loans from cooperative banks, we are not sure what to do.. please help

@Ankey0121 @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Individual, mobile number cannot be updated without the consent and authentication by the Aadhaar number holder. In case of a concern, you may update your mobile number by visiting an authorised Aadhaar centre or an Aadhaar Seva Kendra.

@UIDAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Thank you we tried ASK but was not able to get necessary solution. However we then today came to regional centre in Mumbai and we could get the desired help and we found the solution possibility of sim cloning was discussed but still biometric verification seems to be unanswered
