@UIDAI Dear UIDAI Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I was trying to update my mobile number using the Aadhaar Mobile App. During the process, an amount of Rs. 75 was deducted from my account. However, the transaction was not successfully initiated

In case payment is deducted but due to some technical reason the request was not processed on SSUP then the amount will be refunded within 21 working days. In case if amount is not received in 21 working days then please get in touch with us through emaill help@uidai.gov.in or call us at 1947
