How in can DOB change for 2nd time @UIDAI

Dear Aadhaar number holder, your DoB can only be updated once. In case it needs to be updated more than the prescribed limit, then it can be done through the exception handling process. For that, you'll have to visit Aadhaar Kendra with the following documents: i.) A DOB certificate issued by the authority under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969. ii.) @UIDAI @Kumar_dc_456 I have already submitted all decoment and self declaration form and affidavit but not solved.I applied again uidai reject my enrollment,I visit state office again and again but not solved, please tell me how I solve my problem, already 4yer I waiting.could u tell us how many year
