My Aadhaar has been suspended since April 28th. Despite receiving a subcase ID via email 4 months ago, the status remains "Under Process." I am facing significant difficulties due to this delay. Kindly expedite the resolution. @UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care @ceo_uidai

As per the concerned Regional Office team, the Aadhaar Number Holder has used fake birth certificate for Aadhaar Update/enrolment therefore as per the rule his Aadhaar has been deactivated. Now as per SoP the Individual may visit Aadhaar centre with genuine birth certificate and Annexure 3 and update biometric in his Aadhaar.

@UIDAI @Aadhaar_Care @ceo_uidai Today received email cheak validity showing deactivated & try to download showing suspended or cancelled email advising go to resident uidai portal verify there but not opening resident portal not found, recently biometric update also rejected @UIDAI
