@ceo_uidai I requested to update my mobile number through adhaar app and paid 75/- on 11th may, but till now more than 30 days the process is not completed. I contacted 1947 many times but problem not solved.

@UIDAI @ceo_uidai Today on 03/07/2026 Customer support Gaurav Kumar from UIED on call told me that my update request is rejected in June whereas I have never informed about this. Whenever I contacted I am told that my request is in underprocess. Now I have to pay again ₹75.00 for next time apply.

@soy_anil @ceo_uidai As per the concerned team, the amount Paid against request for mobile number update, has been refunded. You are suggested to raise a new request.
