🚨 Urgent Appeal to @UIDAIDelhi @UIDAIMumbai @UIDAI
@UIDAI
I am Maya Shahuraj Jadhav, a poor widow from Village Wanjarwada, Taluka Nilanga, District Latur, Maharashtra.
My Aadhaar has been deactivated under Regulation 28 of the Aadhaar (Enrolment & Update) Regulations, 2016. Before deactivating my Aadhaar, I did not receive any notice, SMS, email, or any opportunity to explain my case.
I had already updated my Aadhaar earlier, and UIDAI issued me a new Aadhaar card. Despite completing the update process, my Aadhaar has now been deactivated, leaving me without access to essential services.
Because of this:
• My bank account is affected.
• PM-KISAN benefits have stopped.
• I am unable to complete Aadhaar authentication and e-KYC.
• I am facing serious hardship in accessing government welfare schemes meant for poor citizens.
I have visited Aadhaar centres multiple times, but every office gives me a different answer. One official asks me to visit Mumbai, another says Delhi, while another asks me to go to the Latur Collector Office. No one is willing to explain the actual reason for the deactivation or tell me which authority is responsible for resolving it.
As a widow with limited financial resources, it is extremely difficult for me to travel from one city to another without any clear guidance. I have also sent several Direct Messages to UIDAI and raised my concern, but I have not received a proper resolution.
I request @UIDAI to kindly answer the following:
1. Have you checked my Aadhaar record before advising me to update POI, POA and biometrics?
2. What is the exact reason for deactivation under Regulation 28?
3. Will updating POI, POA and biometrics at my nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra reactivate my Aadhaar?
4. If not, kindly specify the exact office and authority where I should go instead of sending me from one office to another.
I only seek a clear explanation and a lawful solution. I respectfully request UIDAI to help reactivate my Aadhaar at the earliest so that I can access my bank account, PM-KISAN benefits, and other government welfare schemes again.
Please help a poor widow who is only asking for justice and a clear answer.
