Hello Operators. We're aware that some players have not received the email after claiming their R6 X Closed Beta drop in Twitch. We are working towards getting those emails out to everyone ASAP.

We are also seeing reports of players who have received the email, but the code is not generating. This is under investigation as well.

Update: We are in the process of granting PC access to all players who have claimed the drops. Once completed, the game will appear in your Ubisoft Connect Library. For console players, you will be able to claim your key once the initial issue is resolved.

PC:We are ensuring that everyone who claimed the drops gets PC access. You can download it directly from Ubisoft Connect without waiting for an email. Console:We are still investigating to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience; we'll provide an update as soon as we can.

We've identified the issue with emails not being sent to players who claimed the Twitch Drop and codes not being generated after platform selection. Look out for a new email with instructions, which will be sent out on a rolling basis during the beta.

@UbisoftSupport so you send the emails after waiting a while for it just for me to then click all the necessary stuff to be taken to ubisoft connect but hit with a 404 PAGE NOT FOUND? what are you guys actually doing? multi-million dollar company btw.

@UbisoftSupport If you guys got the email and still waiting for a code, Re open the email you got and register again you’ll get the code in your email in couple mins i just got mine

@UbisoftSupport I know it’s a lot of traffic to deal with , but man this is really a disastrous ordeal. Literally had everyone pumped who was watching the reveal, and now the majority of people can’t even get an email. Pretty wild. I’ll just wait till June.

@UbisoftSupport After speaking to ubisoft support on the website , they said I choose PC as the drop for the beta, I have always been playstation and never even owned a PC. All the other twitch drops before have automatically gone to my playstation after I claim them.Can you fix this ASAP
