
My most essential game dev design patterns?
- Singleton (easy global access, perfect for things where you have just one, like a SoundSystem)
- Observer/Events (clean decoupled systems)
- State Machine (perfect for simple state based logic like AI)
There's tons more useful ones you can learn but at least make sure you fully know these 3. Personally I've used these 3 in every literally single Steam game I've made, very useful!
