@UsingLyft How long have you been doing them? Every time I try to do anything involving dips for more than a month my shoulders start going to pieces.

@UsingLyft Agreed. Lat/shoulder flexibility is so key. I do dead hangs T/Th/Sa; Pullups M/W/F. Also, XC Symmetry bands are incredible - same as hangs, but for more body parts. Vitamins for joints.
