At the time of the Prophet Muhammad's death in 632 CE, the Muslim community numbered around 100,000 adherents. Christians around 20 million. Factor: 200x.. Approximately 1,400 years later, Islam has grown to nearly 2 billion followers worldwide, making it the second-largest religion on Earth. In comparison, Christianity currently has around 2.5 billion adherents. Factor: Do the math 😏 Despite numerical differences, the foundational claim remains: Islam is the final and complete revelation from God to all of humanity. The Quran explicitly states: "Today I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion." (Quran 5:3) From this perspective, any rejection of Islam's finality is not a matter of numerical failure but of divine will and human choice. The continued growth of Islam, from a small community to a global faith, is seen as evidence of its enduring message. However, the core assertion is not about numbers—it is about truth. As the Quran warns: "Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam." (Quran 3:19) Therefore, the argument concludes: despite the current statistical lead of Christianity, the failure to recognize Islam as the finalized religion is a spiritual and intellectual shortcoming. This is presented as the final warning to the world. Who in creation can compete with the Almighty? Since the dawn of man, the actions of the none believers are like yours. Yet you do not recognize it. As your and my lord stated in the Quran: Ṣummun bukmun ʿumyun fahum lā yarjiʿūn "Deaf, dumb (mute), and blind—so they will not return [to the right path]."
