I heard of someone who sponsored his younger brother through university for five years. He kept paying for everything his brother needed. The boy graduated last year and finally got a good job. Last month, their mother fell sick and needed ₦180k urgently for treatment. His elder brother called him, expecting at least small support after all the sacrifices. The guy sent ₦10k. Then he explained: “Things are really hard right now.” Few hours later, he posted himself inside a nightclub spraying money with the caption: “Work hard, enjoy life. Nobody owes anybody.”

@creative_yua Ya, he is right "nobody owes anybody". He has forgotten so soon. That you help or train people to become what they are today does not mean they will be there for you tomorrow. Their loyalty to you is when it benefits them if not, nothing for you.
