Hey @XfinitySupport when can we expect broadband to be restored here in South Renton? It’s been about 24 hours already and no word on what the problem even is!! 😕
@joelschmaling That is a great question! All updates and estimated times for when services will be restored are posted to your Xfinity My account, or you can check xfinity.com/support/status as well. If you are not able to check I have access to the same information, send over a DM. -AmandaB
@XfinitySupport I have checked and you guys keep changing the time once you get past your estimated time of restoration. Do you know what caused the outage?
