Dear, @XfinitySupport I am so annoyed by my internet connection being offline multiple times for days now. I was told that they've completed work in my area as they continue to evolve the Xfinity Network but why did my internet connection go offline again?

@XfinitySupport Since Comcast no longer provides the NFL Network, I think a reduction in our monthly bill is not unreasonable. Also, when channels are dropped, your customers should be informed. I am not happy with how Comcast treats its customers.

It is unfathomable to me how awful the consistency of @Xfinity @XfinitySupport internet service is for my area. It has frequent disconnects and area damage repairs on a routine schedule. It is beyond frustrating.
