No, the USSR did not “kill just as many people as the Nazis”. This is called double genocide theory, and it is quite literally holocaust denial. It was invented by Lithuanian fascists and codified by Margaret thatcher and friends in Prague and is pure propaganda.

@_ghost_____ @cbass_429 @JeanGreige In order to buy time after fascist poland and western Europe refused to ally with the ussr to crush the nazis as soon as they invaded Czechoslovakia. That time gave them time to build up the ability to them go on and kill 80 % of all the nazi killed during wwii.
