☀️ Parliament is back after the Summer break and we’ve had a busy week. I’ve recorded a short clip below, but this week, we’ve been progressing bills focused on… 🔌 lowering energy bills & energy independence with GB Energy 🚄 bringing in the public ownership of railways 💷 ensuring fiscal stability after disastrous Tory mini-budget 💧 bringing in tough action on water companies 🏛️ introducing House of Lords reform Alongside legislation in Parliament, I’ve been busy attending events on climate and listening to many new MPs' maiden speeches (I’m hoping to deliver mine soon!). There were more than I expected this week, and what a joy to get to learn more about my colleagues. It’s a genuine privilege and very heartwarming. UK 🇬🇧 Two extra Wembley Stadium shows have been added due to phenomenal demand. Tickets will be sold by a staggered, invitation-only ballot process. Applications to join the ballot will be opened first to the many UK fans who were unsuccessful in the initial on sale with Ticketmaster. More details to follow.

Bought @oasis tickets from @TicketmasterUK for Heaton Park - chose “Viewing Platform Access, General Admission” and have now been told these are disabled tickets!! No mention of this when I purchased & still waiting to hear from one of their agents. Anyone else?!

@1985GEM @Samanth67701200 @oasis @TicketmasterUK You only need to purchase one ticket as a companion ticket is included in an Access/Accessible ticket. Your transaction error was down to you selecting both.

@TicketmasterUK what will happen to the accessible tickets for Oasis that able bodied people have purchased? I have seen several messages about this? You have to have a fairer system for accessible needs? #oasis2025

@Samanth67701200 @oasis @TicketmasterUK It was a shambles, I could purchase 2 on demand standing tickets but unable to get the accessibility tickets, If I didn’t need a companion then I would have paid the on demand fee. I was fuming 😡

@1985GEM @oasis @TicketmasterUK Which is even more reason why @TicketmasterUK should do the right thing and swap our tickets to standing, allowing people like yourselves the chance to purchase accessible tickets! I certainly did not do this on purpose. They were completely mis-sold.
