I was embarrassed to post this because of how obvious it is. Homemade chicken broth is just chicken bones, water, and half an onion simmered for an hour. That's it. No stock pot. No culinary training. The $4 carton at the store is this with 15 additives and half the flavor. Make it once on a Sunday and it keeps all week.

I just walked through the airport and told the wonderful Ice agents we love them. ❤️❤️
