We could see $Sive easily double, once it’s on the American markets.

Since I acquired nearly 38.000 shares of $Sive at a price of 11,2 SEK, people have been reacting very negatively about it, because of the decline today. We’re in a war zone, the market follows Trumps order. Be patient. Eventually my time will come.

I’m seeing a sad trend here in X. People shaming companies or other people. Here’s some example: $IREN worthless play. $HIMS such a shit co. $NBIS has no real moat. $ONDS pure bullshit, will nuke to $3 soon. Here’s 3 reminders: 1. The people running these companies have achieved far more than 99% of us ever will. 2. The plays are down to people’s own conviction. We all see different things. Accept it. Move on. 3. The game of investing is YOU against YOU. It’s not you against others. We all play against our self and the ability to read the market and companies. If you fail. It’s on YOU. If you win. It’s on YOU. Let’s keep making X great. -BP

@aleabitoreddit Hi 👋 just to understand a bit your thought, how do you explain today the evolution of $SIVE ?

It’s funny a shower thought… Probably put $SIVE on the radar for $QCOM, $MRVL, $AVGO, AlChip, Mediatek, $AMZN, $META, $MSFT venture arms now? Since everyone publicly knows now Broadcom can just go and buy Marvell’s photonics chokepoint vulnerability (Amazon/Microsoft ASIC programs) for a rounding error of $350m… Or Qualcomm can do the same buying $SIVE then vertically integrate laser IP after Alphawave aquisition. Or maybe… hyperscalers figure out a way $SIVE remains independent by owning enough shares?

Serenity@aleabitoreddit

The reason I personally see less downside risk with $SIVE: A competitor to $MRVL like $AVGO can just buy Sivers outright and their near-medium term photonics roadmap… At ~$290m… if it gets any cheaper. Gemini responses were interesting: “ A competitor like Broadcom buying Sivers Photonics for ~$290M to choke Marvell’s newly acquired Celestial AI roadmap isn't just strategic; It is supply chain warfare with an absurdly high ROI. “ “ For pocket change, a competitor could buy the upstream light source, control the immediate IP roadmap, and inflict billions of dollars worth of opportunity cost on Marvell right as they try to integrate Celestial AI “ It’s likely better for hyperscalers like $MSFT, AlChip, $MRVL, $AMZN to invest in Sivers to secure their CPO supply chain then have it being bought out by one of their competitors. Like what happened already with $QLCM and Alphawave for OpenLight. My opinion: $SIVE chokepoint as one of the few projects remaining independent cw laser suppliers in the world… Is inherently way more valuable than their marketcap. Hedge funds not being able to invest due to “MC” and Sweden listing to keep valuations depressed… is a blessing in disguise for both acquisitions or retail investors.

@PhotonCap Yeah, lot of people can't buy $SIVE because it's in a Swedish exchange... But people who did early are likely going to have a fun time over the next few months.

$SIVE has gotta be the highest upside stock I’ve seen in this market since $AXTI? No way markets missed the CW laser light source for Jabil, Marvell (Celestial via $POET), O-Net, Ayar ( $NVDA, Mediatek backed)… At a $140M valuation. ($350m now) Not only do you get the most direct laser exposure to future CPO scale up? But also this cycle’s 1.6T pluggables with $JBL (formerly Intel Silicon Photonics division) coming soon. With Win Semi bridge capacity scaling needed for hyperscaler supply chains. Don’t think 99.9% of people realized the sheer scale of this yet.

Every industry leader... Especially $AVGO (Physical Layer Products division) in this statement today. Cites Lasers as a bottleneck for semiconductors. If you aren't long... -> CW Lasers: $SIVE | $MTSI -> EML Lasers: $COHR | $LITE -> or their foundries in $TSEM/Win Semi Maybe it's time to wake up? Broadcom Ramachandran: "Even though there are multiple suppliers in the industry today... there is definitely a supply constraint in the laser space,”

I broke up with my girlfriend almost 2 months ago now. Im crushed, devastated and still love her. We had problems we never truly fixed and i dont think we would work out well in the long term. The same patterns kept persisting. Although i know the future would be bleak, I cant seem to move on. Im a grown man but im in major grief and cant stop crying about it. I think its the only person ive ever really loved. Someone help. I can use some advice, the AIs are only helping to a certain degree i feel crippled

@ArtistAgent02 @Sandeman52 Could be this action bullish, but it's a dilution almost 14%, shorts term price almost $112, if the company use this money to growth the biz, the surprise in the next earnings will make return to $130s or inclusive higher.

$NBIS is raising about $3.75 billion dollars and potentially up to about $4.3 billion dollars if the overallotment is exercised. This is being done through: $2.0 B of convertible notes due 2031 $1.75 B of convertible notes due 2033 These are convertible senior notes which combine debt with the option to convert into equity later. What convertible notes mean in simple terms Investors are lending money to NBIS today. NBIS pays interest on that money. At a future date those investors can convert their notes into shares if the stock price is higher. So investors are effectively saying they want exposure to the upside of NBIS while still having downside protection as debt holders. Why this is bullish First, this provides massive capital for AI infrastructure. NBIS is clearly preparing to scale aggressively. This capital will likely fund data center buildouts, GPU deployments, and global expansion of its AI cloud platform. This supports the idea that NBIS is aiming to become a major AI infrastructure provider. Second, this is relatively cheap capital. Convertible notes typically carry lower interest rates than traditional debt because investors are getting equity upside. That means NBIS can raise billions at a lower cost which is extremely valuable in a capital intensive industry like AI infrastructure. Third, the timing matters. Companies usually raise capital like this when investor demand is strong and confidence in the story is high. Raising this amount suggests there is significant institutional interest in NBIS right now. Fourth, there is no immediate dilution. Unlike issuing new shares, this structure delays dilution. Shares are only created if the notes are converted, which would likely happen at higher stock prices. That means any dilution comes alongside a stronger valuation. What to watch out for There is future dilution risk. If the stock performs well and investors convert, the share count will increase. However this typically happens at higher prices, which makes it a more favorable outcome. There is also added debt on the balance sheet. These obligations extend out to 2031 and 2033. However if NBIS executes on its growth plans, this level of leverage should be manageable. Strategic interpretation This move signals that NBIS sees a large opportunity in the next several years and wants to move quickly to capture it. They are raising capital now to build ahead of demand. It also shows confidence in future valuation. A convertible structure suggests the company expects the stock price to be significantly higher over time. Finally, it indicates strong institutional demand. Raising this level of capital requires large investors who are willing to back the story. Bottom line: They are raising large amounts of capital at a relatively low cost, avoiding immediate dilution, and positioning themselves to scale into a leading AI infrastructure platform over the next several years. Overall, way better than an ATM and one of the best ways to raise capital
