Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said; " Sit down and drink" (Muslim) Science also proved that drinking water whilst standing or walking can cause Gastrointestinal Tract (GIT) damage, kidney damage, arthritis, nerve tension, and other disorders. Drink water while taking three breathing pauses. It is prohibited to drink water in single gulp as our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said; "Do not drink water only in one breath, but drink it in two to three breaths". Do not blow or exhale your breath into the glass while drinking water. This is one of the most important etiquette in drinking water. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said, "Do not blow from your mouth into food and water " ( Tibrani) Recite #Bismillah (In the Name of Allah)before drinking water and alhamdulillah_ [ All praise is (due)to Allah ] after drinking water. May ALLAH give us the ability to practice the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in every matter in life. Aameen🤲🏻

Over 1400 years ago, when a child was born, the Prophet ﷺ made it his Sunnah (practice) to take a small part of a date and place it in the newborn's mouth. He would chew it until it was soft and then rub it onto the palate of the baby. This is called Taḥnīk. This is why Muslims follow the Sunnah of Rasūlullāh ﷺ without questioning it.
