@TheRealZephryss - It would be better if hidden blade combat returned, but claims that the original game's combat had more variety are bullshit - Cutscene quality for the main story is excellent. Mocap for side content is extremely rare and no other open world games do it except GTA and RDR.

Here are some of the biggest complaints about Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced from AC fans: 🔸 Hidden Blade combat should return 🔸 Cutscene quality should be improved. Some scenes look robotic 🔸 The HUD looks the same as Shadows. It should have been more creative, like a pirate-themed interface 🔸 Hunting animals should be nerfed or made one-shot 🔸 Some players are not happy with the character models, especially Anne Bonny 🔸There should be more improvements to the combat and parkour 🔸 Some are unhappy with the removal of playable modern-day sections and the complete removal of Basim from the modern-day story after Valhalla 🔸 The microtransactions store should be removed Some features can be fixed before launch, while others can be improved in post-launch updates. Now it's all up to @Ubisoft and @assassinscreed

@LuisRod1798254 But why stop there? If they're going to add new main story cutscenes like this, bloody mocap it. Respect the OG game and keep that same standards.

You may have seen almost every Black Flag Resynced preview talk about the robotic RPG cutscenes with the new Lucy Baldwin quest, but you might not realize this will be the case with the main story too. And I worry this is just the first of many examples. In the original game, right after you walk with Blackbeard and Hornigold discussing medicine for Nassau, you buy the bell and immediately sail off to dive for the medicine. But in Resynced, they added a new main story cutscene where Edward and Adewale discuss different ways to acquire a diving bell. Now let me just say, the idea itself is GREAT. Having multiple ways to get the diving bell is a FANTASTIC addition to the game... BUT modern Ubisoft strikes again. Edward and Adewale appear like robots, and it has that same stiff RPG conversation style every preview already criticized in the Lucy quest. And if this is happening here in the main story, then I do expect more new main story cutscenes like this throughout the game whenever it branches into different approaches, similar to this where we have different ways to get the diving bell. Now to those who dismiss this criticism as mere complaining. Please I beg you, block me. You are not who I want interacting with my posts or videos. Demanding accountability is the only way to restore the series' past quality.

If you make more Resynced titles, especially anything between AC1-AC3, you must preserve hidden blade combat. This has to be maintained! It’s an iconic staple of the franchise and the only series that is known for showcasing such a weapon. I really hope you’d reconsider and bring it back to Black Flag!
