got @Bell_MTS internet-TV installed. Now need acct number to register for MyAcct portal. Online help says acct number is on my bill. So I’m supposed to wait 30 days for my first bill to get my acct number? Tech said he has no info about the portal. #OnboardingBasics

@enbeeeh If the issue is at the broadcast source there is little we could have done to rectify it. The guide information is provide to service providers by the broadcasters for a set time period, they are not changeable on the fly. Are other shows on those channels affected as well?
