@Bell_MTS @Bell_MTSHelps so. We have a new account here where you're all more than willing to take my money. But not provide the access to trouble shooting software. My account was cut off 6:58PM today, May 9th. So there seems to be automation to hurt users, not to help. Why?

@formant4udio You mentioned "My account was cut off 6:58PM today, May 9th." So not unreasonable to assume it may be billing related as I am going by what information you provided. @res3.mts.net is not an email address it is a username for the speed profile for the service. 1/2

@SansonJag @Bell_MTS Location of disruption and services affected would help. When I check the outage site there is none in my area but when I call support there is an automated message saying there is one. Doesn't provide much help when a person gets 2 different messages from the same entity.
