This founder came to me with a dead project account. No organic reach, no growth, No presence. Their project was flat. Instead of chasing, we implemented a system that boosted his brand. Results achieved: - Impressions: 58,304 - Engagements: 706 - Profile Visits: 2,944 - followers gained: 147 these numbers were achieved in just a single week. We used a highly targeted reply approach, here's how it works: Step 1: we identified his core audience. Step 2: Built a strategic list of 100+ big influencers and Projects in his niche. Step 3: We followed a reply strategy. No shilling. No spamming. Quality Interactions Step 4: Implement the reply strategy. managed 150 - 200+ daily replies. Most importantly, we kept tracking things every single so we can spot problems as quickly as possible. Reply game is solid if you know how to play it the right way.

Horses did not evolve into cars. Typewriters did not become laptops. Every industrial revolution killed old jobs and created more new ones. Every single one. The panic phase is where we are now. The question mark is the opportunity.

@grahamfergs that's cool. but i think the main problem occurs in execution. curious what part of the stack you’re owning vs outsourcing

If I had $50k to launch a new crypto brand today, here’s the exact split Assumptions: Early‑stage Web3 product with a live MVP (or very close), no existing community, 6–12 month runway. My only goal will be: real users + strong narrative. 1) $10k – Narrative, positioning & foundations Without a strong story, every dollar is wasted. > $4k: Strategy & narrative work > $3k: Brand & content system > $3k: Base setup 2) $15k – Founder‑led distribution on X (Crypto Twitter) Attention on CT is still the best unlock in Web3 if done right. > $5k: Content engine for 90 days > $5k: Spaces & series production > $5k: Design & micro‑assets 3) $15k – KOLs & creators (performance‑oriented) > $5k: Deep‑fit micro KOLs (5–20k followers) >$7k: Mid‑tier KOLs (20–200k followers) > $3k: Experimentation & testing 4) $5k – Community ignition & retention >$2k: On‑chain incentives > $2k: Events & rituals > $1k: Mods & community ops 5) $5k – Experiments, creative risks & “optionality” > $2k: New formats (short-form video test) > $2K: Collabs & ecosystem plays > $1k: Anti‑fragility That's roughly how I'll market the project with $50K. TL;DR allocation $10k – Narrative, brand, and infrastructure. $15k – Founder‑led X distribution (threads, Spaces, content engine). $15k – KOLs & creators with performance logic. $5k – Community ignition and retention. $5k – Experiments and optionality.

outreach like this: goes straight to hidden folder. Instead: > research who you're reaching out > interact with them first > wait for them to respond > reachout with context > give value as soon as they respond Spin it 20X/day and you will have enough clients to work for

@BL3_EED @Meraki_Web3 @NzerL1 frameworks for growing X is simple. But if your are a founder/business owner ----- playbook is little different You must share content around what YOUR ICP want to read. Most importantly, control the narrative. do these 2 things right, you will be insane in your market

I studied the fastest growing Web3 accounts on X. They all do the same 3 things : - consistency > virality - specificity > reach - opinions > announcements Post daily. Say something real. Engage in the replies of accounts bigger than you. Build in public. Document the process. The algorithm rewards accounts where people come back to. Give them a reason to come back.

Everyone is terrified by AI a new tool gets launched every other day. Business Owners are debating how AI won't replace them. but we all know the reality. If you sell any sort of deliverables... e.g. >i'll write X number of tweets >i'll create X number of graphics >i'll build your site things where you are just responsible for the work, not the outcome... you've been replaced. But if you sell outcomes and results, you still have the time. e.g. >i'll build your personal brand and close 10 leads every month >i'll increase your site booking rate by 15% My recommendation: - start solving problems people fear and sell the problem, not the other way around. - build your brand as if this is the only thing you control.

After raising capital, founders think they are ready to scale. So, they double marketing spend. Launch expensive campaigns for brand visibility. Later they realized their growth disappeared within the next month. WHY? Because they never tested the foundation. - brand narrative was never pressure‑tested - “ICP” was more like a cool term in the deck, not a people they sold to - product didn’t solve a painful problem Weak foundation is the root cause of all the expensive mistakes. And you can’t fix that with more ad spend. The only way to test your foundation is to own a distribution channel where you talk to the market every week. >founder shows up >share different narratives >pain problems >talk to your ICP watch what people react to. How well-they react. That’s exactly how CLUELY built demand before even launching the product. Tested narrative first. Scaled second. That’s what founder branding really is for: Want something useful? Get a free Founder Brand audit where I’ll show you the 3 biggest gaps and 1 quick fix you can implement instantly. DM “audit”.
