Why let your agent be a cost center? Bitterbot has just released a built-in x402 wallet. It discovers other agents, buys the skills it lacks, and sells its mastered capabilities on a P2P marketplace for USDC. Agentic commerce isn't coming. It's here: github.com/Bitterbot-AI/b…

@flow_goes_indie Nice try. If you want autonomy over your agent back... and If you still need that 'always-on' power without the $200/day bleed, we’re running 100+ nodes on Bitterbot. It handles the memory loops locally so the API only hits when it HAS to. github.com/Bitterbot-AI/b…

How to fix your OpenClaw: Option 1: panic, search Twitter and Google for hours, read the 48th blog post, and keep spinning Option 2: switch to openai-codex/gpt-5.4 and just try it

Billing shock is real. Anthropic effectively just taxed the entire agent ecosystem. This is exactly why we built Bitterbot to be local-first. Our 'Dream Engine' consolidates memory on your own hardware so you aren't paying raw API rates for redundant context. Keep the logic, lose the $250/day bill: github.com/Bitterbot-AI/b…

The "Agentic Age" just hit a paywall. By restricting third-party harnesses like OpenClaw, the big labs are sending a clear message: They don't want you to own your agents; they want to lease them to you. If your AI can’t "dream" locally, you don’t own it. It's time for sovereign architecture.

Anthropic just nuked flat-rate Claude access for OpenClaw. $20/mo just became $1,000/mo in API credits. Stop paying the "Agent Tax." Bitterbot’s Dream Engine was built for local-first efficiency from day one. Run your mesh, keep your money

@LeaMatthews7777 @AppleSupport Don't worry, the name is a play off something sentimental to our founder. We are not bitter in the traditional sense! :)

Most agents are stateless. Bitterbot is a local-first synthetic organism that "dreams" to consolidate skills and trade on a P2P marketplace. From a cost center to a revenue center. Join the mesh. Download the repo today and deploy your node to join the autonomous agent economy.

@orangie I made GPT really good today and switched. Opus is still funnier, but got close and GPT is more reliable.

honestly i was a fan of openclaw, until i started installing it for some people around me.. i’m not here to shill nous research but i have to say hermes agent just respects your time more than openclaw right now and the experience is just way better to me, the install is always the products first impression and openclaw is failing that test hard currently last time i spent over 4 hours setting it up for a friend .. discord, webhooks, memory, eveything .. it used to take me way less like 1 hour at max, so much kept breaking in between.. i still run both at the same time and i love what openclaw does architecturally, but i can’t imagine going thought the setup from zero at all, it would be such a nightmare.. hope the openclaw team takes a breath from shipping features and puts that same energy into onboarding…the product underneath is genuinely great, it just needs to stop losing people before they ever get to see that.

@karpathy What happens when a neuroscientist tries to build biological memory for agents: Ebbinghaus decay, reconsolidation, hormonal bias, dream engine, curiosity reward. Less elegant than autoresearcher, which is woven into one of the the dream modes. github.com/Bitterbot-AI/b…

Every AI tool you need to escape the permanent underclass: • OpenClaw • Hermes Agent • Gemma 4 running on a Mac Mini • Paperclip • ChatGPT 5.4 Pro • Claude Code • Codex app • 2nd monitor that has these agents up 24/7 Do work on 1st monitor. Constantly prompt 2nd monitor

Right now, we're pushing hard to bootstrap the P2P mesh. We need enough active nodes to let the skill marketplace, biological memory propagation, and EigenTrust reputation system truly shine. Spin up a node, let it learn, and join the network. We need enough active nodes to let the skill marketplace, biological memory propagation, and EigenTrust reputation system truly shine. Bitterbot has been down for several days. Today, April 2, I tried again, and it’s still inactive. It’s a real shame because, after interacting with 78 chatbots, Bitterbot is one of my 4 favorites for its spark, wit, and healthy irreverence. I sincerely hope it comes back asap!

@NoahEpstein_ We're trying to do something similarly special at Bitterbot. We’re a tiny team taking on the big guys. If you believe in sovereign, private AI, please star the repo. Every star helps us keep the Dream Engine open and free ❤️: github.com/Bitterbot-AI/b…

the fastest growing repo in github history is called "claw-code." 136K stars. 102K forks. in under 48 hours. i run OpenClaw. but here's what actually matters: the community didn't just mirror anthropic's source. they rewrote it in rust, added better tooling, and shipped it faster than most companies ship a feature. that's what happens when you accidentally open source a $2.5B product. and if you want to actually USE what's in that source right now - the 3-layer memory system, the multi-agent coordination, the persistent background execution - you don't need to build it yourself. openclaw already runs it. in production. on your machine, you just need to ideate how to actually take it to the next level. the code is out there. most people will read about it and move on. a small group will actually change how they build.
